My experience at Phoenicia Grand Hotel was disappointing. I encountered issues with heating in my room, and the decor felt outdated and in need of refreshing. the restaurant ran out of basic menu items like soup and burgers, which was quite odd for such a large property.

Had a good time overall, but the bathroom stunk a bit and the heating was hot as without any chill. Breakfast was the highlight, heaps of choices!

Surprising stay in Bucharest 🇷🇴

Brekkie was honestly the best! Like a buffet of options, from eggs to pastries, I loved it! The beds were super comfy, and I appreciated the lekker service from the staff, always ready with a smile. Got free water and snacks, which is a nice touch.

Only thing was the decor felt a bit dated in some areas, could use a freshen up.

During my recent business trip, I found the location convenient, being close to various attractions like Herastrau Park and Romexpo, which was ideal for meetings and leisure. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was one of the highlights of my stay. The free parking was also a big plus, making it easy to come and go without any hassle.

The room smelled terrible from the sink, but the gym had great equipment.

Staying at this hotel with our newborn was really convenient, especially with the spacious rooms and some great amenities. The breakfast made mornings easier, offering many choices for everyone. We were able to explore nearby parks and attractions easily, making it a perfect family base.

My wife says that the bathroom could use some better cleaning.

The jacuzzi bathtub in our luxurious suite made for a super romantic stay. Loved the special touches like chocolates and champagne!

The Phoenicia offers a full-service property close to the airport, providing spacious rooms and excellent amenities. I appreciated the free private parking and the option to use the 24-hour business center. The hotel provides complementary nuts and apples in the lobby, which is a nice touch, and the room featured comfortable bedding, good quality pillows, and complimentary bottled water.

Dining options could improve, as some menu items were unavailable during my stay.

The gym had great equipment, but check-in was slow and chaotic.
